Hong Kong CTF Association and Palo Alto Networks add more prizes to CTF Challenge 2021.

Dear all CTF players,

a) Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) and Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) will jointly host the “Hong Kong Cyber Security New Generation Capture the Flag (CTF) Challenge 2021” (The Contest) to strengthen the cyber security skills and awareness of the industry and students and encourage problem solving through teamwork, creative thinking and cyber security skills.

b) Hong Kong CTF Association would like to encourage our members to participate in CTF competitions. We are pleased to offer prizes to participants for the coming CTF Challenge 2021.

c) The top 2 ranking teams in the Open Category with most scores will receive prizes from HK CTF Association.
Please capture your offical score in the final round of the Contest for the proof your your ranking.

d) Prizes will be in cash coupon formats: HKD 6000 will be offered to the top ranking team with most scores and HKD 4000 will be offered to the second top ranking team.

e) Each team will require to have at least 2 HKCTF association members
.IF your team are not the member of Hong Kong CTF Association, please join our Full member at HKD300 membership fee from now to Dec 31 of 2022.

f) For those who are interested in participating in the CTF Challenge 2021 and registered in official contest, please contact Frankie Leung ([email protected]) before 31 October 2021 with the following information.

1. Team Name (may be different from the Contest assigned team name
2. Team Member Full Name (Same as HKID), Whatsapp phone numbers and Indication the membership of HKCTF (YES/NO) with HK CTF member number

Terms and Conditions

1. Hong Kong CTF Association and Palo Alto Networks are not the official co-organizers or supporting organization of this CTF Challenge 2021.
2. Hong Kong CTF Association reserved the right to change the rules of the prizes or awards without any notification to the participants.
3. Hong Kong CTF Association can withdraw prizes sponsorship without any notification to all participants if we face any uncontrollable situations.
4. The prizes is sponsered by Hong Kong CTF Association and Palo Alto Networks.
5. The teams representative need to join our prize presentation at Palo Alto Network Hong Kong office. The photo of prize presentation will be published in our web sites and for further usage to promote CTF events and activities
